Shipping Restrictions 

We ship ammunition to most locations in the continental United States, but due to federal, state,  and local laws, we cannot ship to certain areas. Please send all documentation to  FOID@bcammo.com. 

Prohibited and Restricted Shipping Locations: 

• Alaska 

• Hawaii 

• California – To valid FFL only 

• Massachusetts 

• New York City (we can ship to most other areas in New York State with special  requirements—see below) 

• Chicago and surrounding cities in Cook County (we can ship to most other areas in  Illinois with special requirements—see below) 

• Washington, DC 

• Any other location where shipping ammunition is prohibited by law 

If you attempt to place an order to a prohibited area, it will be canceled, and you may be subject  to a cancellation fee. 

States with Special Requirements: 

We can ship to the following states, but you must submit the required state-specific  documentation before we release your order for shipment. We may verify these documents  periodically. 

• Connecticut: Valid Ammunition Certificate, Permit to Carry Pistols or Revolvers, or  Long Gun Eligibility Certificate. 

• Illinois: Valid Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID) Card. 

• Minnesota: Valid Government Identification 

• New Jersey: Valid Firearms Purchaser Identification Card (FPIC) or Permit to Purchase a  Handgun. 

• Rhode Island: Valid Blue Card (Pistol/Revolver Safety Certificate). 

• New York (outside NYC): Orders must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL)  or Registered Seller of Ammunition, who will conduct a state-required background check  before transferring the ammunition to you. If you fail the check, we’ll arrange a return  and issue a refund minus shipping and restocking fees (15% of purchase amount). 

For all shipments, you must be at least 21 years old to purchase and receive ammunition. By  placing an order, you affirm that our shipment to you does not violate any state or local laws. 

Other Restrictions to Know: 

Ammunition laws change frequently, so we recommend checking your local and state regulations  before ordering. For more detailed state-by-state information, visit your State Ammo Laws page 

(or equivalent resource). We reserve the right to update our shipping policies to comply with new  laws.
